This scheme uses the inserting joint to connect each cross modules to the receptor modules. The cross allows the modules to be stacked up in both horizontal and vertical dimensions.
The tetrahedron module employs the same mechanism as the cross, but because of its shape, the system would expand in 3 axes.
Stacking boxes of sliding mechanism allow for flexibility in pyramidal formation of the installation. This flexibility in form benefits in the transformation of the forms adapting to the different contexts where the piece is installed.
The interlocking module was developed from last session to be able to transfer forces in both vertical and horizontal directions
The last proposal is for the overall geometry of the project, so the pyramid has its underlying geometric logic.
